Working Principle
The Alfa Laval SaniJet 25 operates by directing a high-impact jet stream in a 360° cleaning pattern that becomes progressively denser with each cleaning cycle. The flow of cleaning fluid drives the nozzles in a geared rotation along both vertical and horizontal axes. During the first cycle, the system lays down a coarse spray pattern; with each successive cycle, the pattern grows denser until full coverage is achieved. Once the cycle is complete, the machine automatically begins the next full cleaning sequence, ensuring consistent and thorough cleaning with minimal water and media use.
