Now available from Harco, the Alfa Laval TJ20G rotary jet heads are high-performance tank cleaning machines designed for hygienic environments. Engineered to clean tanks with capacities between 15 and 150 m³ (3963–39,626 USG), the TJ20G combines pressure and flow to generate high-impact jets that rotate in a repeatable, reliable 360-degree cleaning pattern.

Thanks to its efficient design, the Alfa Laval TJ20G minimizes water and cleaning media consumption. Moreover, this model is easy to customize to meet specific application needs—allowing companies to spend less time on cleaning and more time on production.

Standard Design

A selection of nozzle diameters allows optimization of jet impact length and flow rate at the required pressure. Additionally, a specialized version of the Alfa Laval TJ20G is available for distillery applications, ensuring that larger particles in the cleaning fluid pass through without damaging the unit.
