Harco Enterprises now offers the Ampco ATU Tote Unloading System, a sanitary, high-efficiency solution for unloading viscous and hard-to-handle products from totes and bins. Engineered for maximum recovery and reliable operation, the system achieves up to 99% product evacuation, reducing waste and improving overall process efficiency.

Gentle, Efficient Product Handling

Inside the system, the Bornemann SLH-4G sanitary twin screw pump works in combination with an inflatable follower plate that maintains constant contact with the tote walls. This design ensures smooth, low-shear transfer and consistent evacuation of high-viscosity or shear-sensitive products.

Throughout operation, the system handles viscosities from 1 to 1,000,000 cP, supporting a broad range of processing requirements.

Hygienic Design & Easy Cleaning

Featuring a fully enclosed unloading process, the Ampco ATU Tote Unloading System minimizes exposure and contamination risk. Additionally, integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) capability enables fast, efficient cleaning between batches, reducing downtime and supporting sanitary production.
