SANI-MATIC TANKO® MX SERIES ROTARY JET HEADS

Now available from Harco, the Sani-Matic TANKO® MX Series Rotary Jet Heads—by AWH—offers powerful, efficient tank cleaning for large vessels with moderate to heavy soil loads. Designed for sanitary processing environments, these fluid-driven spray devices utilize internal gears for controlled rotation and consistent, repeatable cleaning performance.

With two models available, a variety of nozzle sizes, and cleaning radii up to 13 feet and 24 feet, the Sani-Matic TANKO® MX Series is ideal for use in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and industrial CIP applications. These devices generate approximately 44 horizontal rotations to complete one cleaning cycle, returning to the starting position in just over five minutes at a typical operating pressure of 80 psi.

Because the TANKO® MX from Sani-Matic is both geared and media-driven, it is compatible with rotation monitoring. For facilities requiring proof of rotation, the AWH CIPGuard (TCG-ZR) sensor is available as an add-on monitoring solution.

Key Features:

• Recommended for vertical installation to maintain optimal service life

• The MX150-G12 is also available in the Sani-Matic TANKO® MX Series. It features two nozzles and is ideal for applications with a relatively small insertion port but requiring a longer spray throw distance
• Cleaning cycle time varies with pressure—higher pressure increases RPM and reduces total cycle time
• Surfaces are finished to 32 μin Ra, with some exceptions due to design limitations

All AWH spray devices come with a Material Test Report (MTR) for material traceability and compliance.
