Now available through Harco, these high-quality CIP components ensure your CIP operations are as effective as possible. While the spray device itself plays a major role in tank or vessel cleaning, all spray devices must be accurately positioned to maximize their performance.
That’s why all Sani-Matic Supply Tubes are made to order—allowing for precise spray device placement tailored to your system. In addition, these customizable CIP supply tubes can be designed with multiple device options, pass-through spray balls, reducers, and more to meet your specific cleaning validation requirements.
Furthermore, Sani-Matic is authorized to carry the 3-A symbol for its Supply Tube design. However, be sure to inform Harco if your application requires 3-A compliance so your custom spray assembly can be manufactured accordingly.
Standard Features:
- Material: 316L stainless-steel
- Supply tubes may require longer lead times if engineering is needed for specific tank requirements.
- Compatible with static spray balls, rotary, and jet spray devices
- With double ball tees, flow rate is divided between both spray balls
