SANI-MATIC TANKO® CPS ROTARY SPRAY HEADS

Now available from Harco, the Sani-Matic TANKO® CPS rotary spray head by AWH delivers high-impact tank cleaning at a slow, controlled rotation, making it ideal for tackling tough, adhesive soils. Bridging the gap between rotary and jet spray technologies, the Sani-Matic TANKO® CP Series (CPS) offers a cost-effective CIP solution for hard-to-clean areas such as cooking kettles, fermentation tanks, and vessels with stubborn residue.

The Sani-Matic CP series features a compact, robust spray head design with a plain bearing system and minimal moving parts for simplified maintenance. Its internal rotor mechanism ensures consistent, smooth rotation and extended dwell time, providing targeted spray coverage up to 360°—much like jet spray devices.

Solid stainless-steel ball with no welded hemispheres; central chamber is drilled to create an internal nozzle
