SANI-MATIC TANKO® RF ROTARY SPRAY HEADS
Now available from Harco, the Sani-Matic TANKO® RF rotary spray heads by AWH are a mini, retractable rotary spray head designed for precision cleaning in applications where internal components must remain flush or hidden when not in use.
During the cleaning process, the spray head extends under cleaning solution pressure and rotates to deliver thorough coverage. Once the cycle is complete and the flow stops, the head automatically retracts into its housing via spring force, sealing tightly with an O-ring to prevent contamination or residue buildup.
Ideal for cleaning the insides of larger diameter piping, spray dryers, ducting, or small containers, the Sani-Matic TANKO® RF rotary spray heads are especially suited for applications where permanent internal hardware is not permitted.
Available in two sizes—RF40 and RF50—the unit is best installed vertically for optimal performance, though it can operate in other orientations with some reduction in wear part service life.
Key Features:
- Materials: 316L stainless steel / 316 stainless steel / PEEK / EPDM
- Maximum Working Temperature: 203 °F
- Clamps onto a special weld x tri-clamp ferrule (welded to the process line or vessel)
- Requires two (2) tri-clamps and gaskets (not included) for installation to process tubing and weld ferrule
All AWH spray cleaning devices supplied by Harco include a Material Test Report (MTR) for full traceability and compliance.
