Commissioning the Alfa Laval ThinkTop® V50 is effortless. With just the “Select” and “Enter” buttons, the Auto Setup feature instantly detects the valve type and number of solenoid valves, completing configuration within seconds. Alternatively, operators can use Live Setup for remote programming without removing the control head, offering even more flexibility.
Thanks to Flex Setup, custom configurations are also possible when integrating into unique processing environments.
How It Works
Alfa Laval’s ThinkTop® V50 converts electrical PLC signals into mechanical energy to energize or de-energize the air-operated valve, using a single sensor target mounted on the valve stem. It delivers precise control and feedback for diaphragm, butterfly, and single seat valves, streamlining operations and improving system uptime.
