Chemical-resistant silicone hose with USP VI PFA inner layer

The Venair VENAFLON® HF silicone hose, available from Harco Enterprises, is specially designed for transporting chemically aggressive liquids or semi-liquids in the food, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Its construction provides a balance between strength and lightness, making it easy to handle while offering a wide field of application. An inner PFA layer ensures excellent compatibility with highly aggressive chemicals, and the hose can safely transport fluids by impulsion or suction, resisting pressure and vacuum.

Key Properties

• Outer layer: VMQ Silicone, smooth and translucent
• Reinforcement: Stainless steel wire spring and polyester fabric
• Inner layer: Smooth white PFA fluoropolymer, highly chemically resistant
• Odorless, tasteless, and completely non-toxic
• High flexibility
• Can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings on each end (<0.8 µm roughness, 0.5 µm on request)
• Optional Clamp fittings with inner PFA cover (upon request)
• Operational temperature range: -30ºC (-22ºF) to +150ºC (302ºF)
• Manufactured in lengths up to 20 m (65.62 ft.), custom lengths available on request
• Vacuum resistance:9 bar (13.05 psi)
