Fully automatic, this innovative tank-cleaning solution delivers a reliable and consistent method for achieving quality assurance in hygienic cleaning. The Alfa Laval TZ-67 is ideal for processing, storage, and transportation tanks and vessels ranging from 50 to 500 m³.

Commonly used in breweries, food and dairy processing, and many other industries, the Alfa Laval Toftejorg TZ-67 is especially effective in portable cleaning applications where high-impact performance is essential.

Working Principle & Design

Powered by the flow of cleaning fluid, the Alfa Laval TZ-67’s nozzles execute a geared dual-axis rotation, vertically and horizontally. This motion starts with a coarse spray pattern and gradually increases in density, completing a full cleaning cycle after eight passes. The result is comprehensive 360° cleaning coverage with minimal water and chemical usage.

To fine-tune cleaning efficiency, a variety of nozzle diameters are available—allowing for optimized jet impact length and flow rate based on specific pressure requirements. For portable or mobile use, complete systems can be configured with a four-wheel carriage and hose winch. Each unit can also be supplied with a Declaration of Conformity, detailing material specifications for compliance and traceability.
