Alfa Laval’s TZ-89 rotary jet head uses high-impact jet streams to clean tank interiors with progressively denser spray patterns. Ensuring full 360° coverage while minimizing water and cleaning media use. Powered by the flow of cleaning fluid, its nozzles rotate on both vertical and horizontal axes in a precise, geared motion. Cleaning begins with a coarse spray and gradually intensifies until the full pattern is complete—at which point the cycle resets to deliver consistent, reliable results.
To accommodate a variety of process needs, multiple nozzle diameters are available. This allows users to fine-tune jet impact and flow rate based on specific operating pressures.
