SANI-MATIC TANKO® JM SERIES ROTARY JET HEADS

Now available from Harco, the Sani-Matic TANKO® JM Series Rotary Jet Heads—engineered by AWH—are designed for applications that demand high-impingement tank cleaning with reliable performance and hygienic operation. These rotary jet heads feature a robust external bevel gear, which is easily accessible for simple inspection and cleaning, making them ideal for use in sanitary processing environments such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.

The Sani-Matic TANKO® JM series allows for adjustable spray volume, giving users the flexibility to optimize the cleaning process based on specific soil loads and tank configurations. Thanks to their low water consumption requirements, these AWH jet spray devices contribute to sustainable operations by reducing water usage while still delivering powerful 360° spray coverage.

To support hygienic design standards, the Sani-Matic TANKO® JM includes weep holes—intentional “leaks” that allow water to clean the external gears throughout the cleaning cycle. Additionally, proof of rotation is achievable when paired with the FDA-compliant CIPGuard (TCG-ZR) sensor, providing peace of mind in automated clean-in-place (CIP) systems.
