SANI-MATIC SB STATIC SPRAY BALLS
Harco Enterprises offers Sani-Matic SB Static Spray Balls, engineered to deliver powerful and efficient tank cleaning across a wide range of sanitary industries. Specifically, these spray balls clean tanks and vessels by saturating interior surfaces with a high volume of fluid at relatively low pressure. As a result, this cleaning method enables the solution to cascade down the tank sidewalls, effectively eroding and removing water-soluble soils.
With decades of experience in spray technology for the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Nutraceutical, and Personal Care sectors, Sani-Matic has a deep understanding of the critical dynamics—such as flow rate, pressure, and spray geometry—which are required to meet the rigorous standards of CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning.
To suit various tank geometries and cleaning needs, Sani-Matic offers six different SB spray ball models, each featuring a unique spray pattern optimized for specific coverage and performance requirements.
Furthermore, Sani-Matic’s standard static spray balls are 3-A certified when used with a slip collar or butt weld connection, providing confidence in hygienic performance. While custom spray balls are available for specialized needs, it’s important to note that they may not conform to 3-A requirements. Many of Sani-Matic’s standard models are specifically designed and authorized under the 78-03 3-A Sanitary Standard for “Spray Cleaning Devices Intended to Remain in Place.”
