Built on the proven ThinkTop® platform, the Alfa Laval ThinkTop® V70 is fully interchangeable with earlier ThinkTop® models and easily retrofittable with just one sensor target and included adapter.

With Auto Setup, Live Setup, and Flex Setup, the ThinkTop® V70 from Alfa Laval enables rapid configuration whether you’re commissioning a new line or upgrading an existing system. Auto Setup requires just two button presses— “Select” and “Enter”—to initiate valve recognition and programming. Alternatively, Live Setup enables remote configuration without removing the control head.
Alfa Laval’s ThinkTop® V70 also includes burst and pulse seat cleaning functions, which automate and optimize seat clean cycles based on valve position. These functions help save time and dramatically reduce cleaning-in-place (CIP) fluid usage, increasing plant sustainability and efficiency.
How It Works
Designed to support up to three solenoid valves, the ThinkTop® V70 from Alfa Laval provides a single-sensor solution for single-seat and mixproof valves. Converting PLC output signals into mechanical energy, the unit energizes or de-energizes the air-operated valve using a sensor target mounted on the valve stem.
Setup remains intuitive, fast, and repeatable—supporting hygienic processes that demand precision and reliability.
