Moreover, installation is made even easier with the optional Alignment Pin, which eliminates the risk of misaligning the Element Insert. This design ensures a foolproof setup every time. For optimal performance and to guarantee a proper fit, purchasing the complete assembly is recommended. This includes the tee, insert, gasket, and tri-clamp—all configured to work together seamlessly.

Frequently installed in process or CIP lines, the Sani-Matic Tee-Line Strainer is positioned upstream of pumps or other sensitive components that require protection from contaminants. Whether it’s gasket fragments, stainless-steel shavings, or stray hardware like nuts and bolts, this strainer is built to intercept it. Depending on the selected perforation size, the perforated insert captures particulates as small as 1/16”, helping ensure optimal filtration and continued equipment safety.
